The PRAXIS Series / PRAXIS Requirements

The PRAXIS consists of two parts:

PRAXIS I:
Pre-Professional Skills Tests (PPST),
Computerized Pre-Professional Skills Tests (C-PPST) or
Computer-Based Testing (CBT)

PRAXIS II:
Test of Area Knowledge or Subject Assessment Test(s)

Tests at a Glance booklets are available to help you prepare for PRAXIS assessments. The booklets are grouped by subject area, and their main purpose is to familiarize you with the structure and content of the test(s) you will take. You'll find detailed test descriptions and sample questions with answers and explanations, tips on test preparation and test-taking strategies, and background information about test development, and more. Your review of the appropriate Tests at a Glance booklet is an important step in your exam preparation.
